    Responsibilities:

    1. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team and management to develop innovative menus that showcase the diverse flavors of coastal cuisine while aligning with the hotel's brand and vision.
    2. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards, paying close attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency.
    3. Ingredient Sourcing: Source the freshest and highest quality local ingredients, including seafood, produce, and specialty items, to enhance the authenticity and taste of our coastal-inspired dishes.
    4. Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a high-volume restaurant or hotel, with a focus on coastal cuisine preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, with a passion for exploring and incorporating new culinary trends.
    • Exceptional culinary skills, including proficiency in knife techniques, cooking methods, and food presentation.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
